#Lumber Review

Lumber Review
Those that view the message of the market on daily basis are likely confused by trading noise. While trading noise contributes to the long-term trends, it does not define them. Human behavior tries to explain trading noise as a meaningful trend. This confuses the majority which, in turn, contributes to their role as bagholders of trend transitions.

Lumber's overall trend, revealed by trends of price, leverage, and time, are defined and discussed in The Matrix for subscribers.

ENERGY (Diffusion Index)

Lumber is a global commodity highly sensitive to the global business cycle. The growing bearish energy build; therefore, concerns both lumber and economic bulls. The strongest builds come when DI < -60% and DI2 approaches the lower bound. These setups are highlighted by red arrows in the Lumber's DI chart (Line 64, column AE). The current setup is incomplete, so the chart has been published below as a warning for all. Subscribers should be watching this trend closely for the remainder of 2019.
