#S&P500 Review $SPX $SPY

SP 500 Review
Those that view the message of the market on daily basis are likely confused by trading noise. While trading noise contributes to the long-term trends, it does not define them. Human behavior tries to explain trading noise as a meaningful trend. This confuses the majority which, in turn, contributes to their role as bagholders of trend transitions.

S&P 500's trend, revealed by trends of price, leverage, and time, are defined and discussed in the The Matrix for subscribers.

Subscriber Comments

The path of least resistance is up, though cracks in rally are beginning to show; Subscribers should look at the VIX DI for reference. With that said, the rally should continue until a broader bearish energy build materializes against it (Equity DI).

The Equity DI, a tool subscribers should be tracking, shows a falling DI and WA (low participation) as the equity market rallies. The low participation is a sign of weakness (SOW) for the rally. Normally, rallies pull in all players an cause WA to rise.
