Those that view the message of the market on daily basis are likely confused by trading noise. While trading noise contributes to the long-term trends, it does not define them. Human behavior tries to explain trading noise as a meaningful trend. This confuses the majority which, in turn, contributes to their role as bagholders of trend transitions.
Soybeans' overall trend, revealed by trends of price, leverage, and time, are defined and discussed in The Matrix for subscribers.
Soybean bulls have been spoiled by a highly profitable rally. Frustration is beginning to set-in as the rally loses focus. Are investors that follow the Evolution of the Trade worried?
If I know traders/investors, they tend to be worried and confident when they shouldn't be. That's human nature. Trusting the EOT is not something that happens overnight regardless of what I write or say.
The rally in beans has slowed. This is creating worry despite a healthy primary trend. Emails and social media posts reflect it. The EOT focuses on the three time frames and energy. Energy is probably the most important component of the setup right now. Disciplined traders will not chase because the weekly time frame is extended. BuS and BuST, measures of price and time cycles, are high. BuS = 3 and BuST = 1.49. Reading above 1.96 are statistically anomalies, so the play is hold the core position, but DO NOT CHASE (add) right now.
The “do not chase” observation can be ignored if the energy displays a bullish concentration. DI and DI2 are 32% and -21%. Soybeans DI chart reveals the upward bias.
If you trade soybeans, WATCH energy! Energy is the reason why trends ebb and flow within the primary trend. Soybeans energy is found in the trends tab of the Matrix, line 24 columns K-M. If energy does something unexpected, subscribers will know, and I’ll likely confirm it with Review for them. If you're a grain(s) trader and do not follow the EOT or subscribe to the Matrix, please consider it.
