Those that view the message of the market on a daily basis are likely confused by trading noise. While trading noise contributes to the long-term trends, it does not define them. Human behavior tries to explain trading noise as a meaningful trend. This confuses the majority which, in turn, contributes to their role as bag holders of trend transitions.

Investor might be getting frustrated and disillusioned by growing inactivity in the grain markets, but let's be clear - corn, beans, and wheat's energy builds, varying from extreme bullish to bearish concentrations, are neither complacent nor boring. The invisible hand is busy discounting something. That something is likely not 2021 crop rating or yields. The invisible hand often tries to discount 6-9 months out.
