Peace between Saudi Arabia and Iran, something the US has been unable to do, would be a monumental shift in geopolitics for the United States. The addition of Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Russia into the BRICs would challenge the Dollar's supremacy on an international stage. We don't expect the dollar to survive by the end of the decade. It will as comes as the oil trade shifts, and more importantly, as the US consumer market, the sole driver of consumerism for decades, is challenged by the Chinese consumer.
