The new Gold & Silver Report, a series of videos, extends the discussion.
Beliefs that embrace narratives selling precious metals' lackluster performance as a byproduct of manipulation do not time markets. All manipulations fail. The skill comes in timing the failure. That is, following the invisible hand rather than pitch endless conspiracy pitches.
The confidence is the key to future direction. Confidence can't be controlled by the Fed or public policy.

The 01/15/24 Report - What Is Money? update was an attempt to better understand money, and how the invisible hand (IH) behaves not only in gold and silver but all markets. The IH does not follow fundamentals, recognize conspiracies against the bulls, and many of the theories sold in static narratives. The “gold is money” narrative, often endorsed by gold bugs, has distorted the majority's understand of money, gold, silver.
Gold and silver are transitional assets following longer- and shorter-term cycles addressed in the What is Money update. The minority opens their eyes to what they cannot see, and study markets from a domestic and international perspective. Cycles consider both.
What is Money? update discusses the long-term cycles playing out in stocks and gold. Frame that discussion with the short-term cycles unfolding in gold and silver.
