The Dark Winter strategy, repeated numerous times, can only “Build Back Better” - a global slogan, if the old way of doing things is destroyed. The mutated, more infectious form of COVID-19 found in the UK, Colorado, California, and soon to be everywhere that supports the Grand Plan certainly escalates the fear. Fear prevents people from gathering, shopping, spending, investing in new projects, thus, preventing consumption-driven economies from growing and supporting their enormous debt burdens.

If this is part of an unpublished strategy, will people follow it, thus, destroying the old way of doing things without contributing to the definition of "Better"?
