#NaturalGas Review $UNG

Natural Gas Review
Those that view the message of the market on daily basis are likely confused by trading noise. While trading noise contributes to the long-term trends, it does not define them. Human behavior tries to explain trading noise as a meaningful trend. This confuses the majority which, in turn, contributes to their role as bagholders of trend transitions.

Natural gas's overall trend, revealed by trends of price, leverage, and time, are defined and discussed in the The Matrix for subscribers.

Hi Eric,

Picked up my first nibble last week, confirmed DI bullish setup on Saturday. As you know, DI can stay bullish while early buyers get chopped up during trend transition.

Don't want to buy as it's testing resistance here... nibbling the dips still the best strategy with this setup?

Thanks

Response:

Two weeks of DI > 60% and WA% approaching 20% says accumulation and a relatively quiet market. Lots of commercial buying without meaningful expansion in open interest. It's a warning to the shorts for sure.
