Markets to Watch

A growing decoupling in the Correlations Section of the Trends Tab suggests that the stock market decline is losing focus.  Decoupling hints that price and risk are falling out of gear.

The invisible hand helps clarify understanding. Understanding, revealed in part by the Internet, headlines, and social media is falling apart. Everyone is stumbling over themselves to change their bullish and bearish calls as price tumbles. Their followers will lose.

We will update the grains review today. There's simply too much tail chasing to wait for the computer to reveal. If you're calling a top, you're likely to be disappointed with the results, if energy does not comply. We realize that citing energy irritates the masses, but their feelings and emotional biases are irrelevant to the invisible hand.
