Brazil Won't Talk To The US
Brazilian President Lula da Silva said he’s open to speaking with Donald Trump when the time is right, but believes Trump is currently unwilling and won’t demean himself by forcing a conversation. Lula stressed the importance of mutual respect in global diplomacy and condemned Trump’s treatment of other world leaders.
