Trump is an abrasive, egocentric, and divisive leader. This is not an anti-Trump piece or statement. This statement could be applied to many of the so-call "leaders" inside the US and around the world. The Republic, THE SOURCE of the problem, is deteriorating. They all do. Common sense and sound judgement die in a sea of corruption. Money and greed have become the master.
Justify your position in whatever terms you like. Everyone is doing it. The average American, millions of them, just want to live in peace. This will be taken from you, because the system is dying, and we refuse to discuss alternatives.
Dictatorships use the "rule of law" to clear out political rivals. Trump, hardly a Presidential figure, would have likely done this on his own, as the public gravitates towards candidates that endorse ideas from both the left and right. Why push the issue unless the goal is to create chaos? We should and will be ashamed of ourselves before this is done.
It's not too late. Stand with each other now, or be known as the generation(s) that forgot John Dickinson's ideal UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL.
