Although stocks have rallied from critical support (reversals), they are not flashing either a buy or all clear signal. Stocks have a lot of work to do to resume mark up (bull market). Please watch the Special Report and its numerous updates for further discussion. The majority is guessing, and the talking heads from mainstream media to social media are fueling the volatility through play-by-play analysis.
